Skilled worker application feesThere are several application fees you need to pay when you apply to immigrate to Canada as a skilled worker: Application FeeThis fee must be paid for the principal applicant and any accompanying spouse, common-law partner, and dependant children. You have to pay this fee when you apply for skilled worker immigrant. This fee is not refundable. Right of Permanent Residence FeeThis fee must be paid for the principal applicant and accompanying spouse or common-law partner. You can pay this fee any time while Citizenship and Immigration Canada is processing your immigration application. This fee must be paid before Citizenship and Immigration Canada issue your permanent residence visa. In contrast with the Application Fee, the Right of Permanent Residence Fee is refundable in the following 3 cases:
